Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law, you may apply to our Company and submit requests regarding the following matters concerning your personal data:

  • Learning whether personal data are processed,
  • Requesting information if personal data have been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurately processed and requesting notification of the transaction carried out within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting notification of the transaction carried out within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the data subject by analyzing processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

Method of Submitting Requests:

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,” by filling out and signing the application form available on the Company’s website and delivering it in writing to the address Sırakapılar Mahallesi, 506 Sokak No:12 Merkezefendi/Denizli in person with proof of identity or via a notary public, or by sending it via the e-mail address verified for your membership or through your Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address. Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be requested from you according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response exceeds 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 TL will be charged for each page. If the response is requested to be provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee may be requested according to the cost of the requested medium.
