JOB APPLICANT INFORMATION NOTICE

This information notice has been prepared by ÜNLÜ AKADEMİ DENTAL POLYCLINIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company”), acting as the Data Controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

As a Company, we show utmost care to act in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing and storage of your personal data. For this reason, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits set by the legislation.

The personal data that may be subject to processing by us, if shared with us or deemed necessary, are as follows:

Your personal data specified above are processed in compliance with the law and the principles of honesty, by ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and in a limited and proportionate manner in connection with the purposes for which they are processed.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

Processing is limited to purposes such as recruitment of new employees, evaluation of candidates and identification of suitable candidates, sharing notes taken from your resume with managers to better understand and recognize the candidate, verification of data through reference persons specified in your resume, assessment of compatibility with the position, storage of resume information for future reference, communication, determination of salary information and scale, evaluation for suitable positions in the future in case of negative interview results, and preparation of statistical evaluations of monthly applications (gender, average age, education level, etc.).

To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred:

Within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes and Article 8 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data, the personal data you provide due to your job application may be shared with third parties for verification purposes.

Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data are collected electronically based on your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes stated above, and are retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the KVKK:

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company and submit requests regarding the following matters:

1. To learn whether personal data are processed,
2. To request information if personal data have been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the law, and to request notification of such actions to third parties,
7. To object to the occurrence of a result against the data subject by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Method of Application:

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law by filling out and signing the application form available on the Company’s website and delivering it in writing to Sırakapılar Mahallesi, 506 Sokak No:12 Merkezefendi/Denizli in person with proof of identity or via a notary public, or by sending it through your verified e-mail address or your Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address. Your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response exceeds 10 (ten) pages, an additional fee of 1.00 TL per page will be charged. If the response is requested on a recording medium such as CD or flash drive, a fee corresponding to the cost of the medium may be requested.

Amendments: This information notice may be amended due to changes in legislation. In case of any changes, necessary announcements will be made on our website, and it is recommended that you regularly visit our website to stay informed of such changes.
