JOB APPLICANT EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT
As ÜNLÜ AKADEMİ DENTAL POLYCLINIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company”), acting as the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we request your explicit consent regarding the following matters in relation to the processing of your personal data due to your status as a job applicant:
I hereby declare that I give my consent to the processing and storage of my identity data, contact data, and employment data that I have shared with your Company during the evaluation of my application for the open position within your Company, for the purposes of conducting job application processes for the open position, recruiting new employees, reviewing candidates and identifying the candidate to be employed, sharing notes taken from my resume with the manager in order to better understand and recognize the candidate, verifying the information with reference persons specified in my resume, confirming my compatibility with the position, recording my resume information for future reference, enabling communication, determining salary information and scales, evaluating my application for suitable positions that may arise in the future in case of a negative interview result, and generating evaluations by producing statistics of monthly applications (gender, average age, education level, etc.).
I hereby declare that I give my consent to the sharing of my identity data, contact data, and employment data that I have shared with your Company during the evaluation of my application for the open position within your Company with third parties for verification purposes.
I declare that I have been informed by the Company through the “Job Applicant Information Notice in Accordance with the Personal Data Protection Legislation” and that I knowingly and willingly give my consent to the matters stated above.
